Challenge
Sellers are too busy to keep up with all the new feature and product updates from Square.
Idea
Instead of creating one-off GTM moments for every feature, create a twice a year event where sellers can tune in to see what’s new.
My Role
Lead copywriter for the entire project, also stepped in to help with project management and creative direction when team members were out on parental leave.
